Comprehensive range available
We offer a comprehensive range for Underground Waterproofing, the following are some of the products available. If you have special requirements or need additional information on any product not listed please contact us.

DELTA membrane systems
Sealed System
The DELTA system is recommended for soil retaining situations such as basements and vaults. All membrane junctions, fixing points, service entries and protusions can be securely sealed. If active ground water is present or expected drainage can (and should) be incorporated into the system.

Ventilated System
Above ground, where no running water is expected, the ventilated system can be applied. With an air gap at the Top and Bottom, a 100 mm overlap is all that is required. This approach provides a sympathetic solution in Heritage properties, as the fabric of the building remains unchanged.

Floors
The system can be used to upgrade damp and defective floors, insulation can be added and it can be linked to the DPC of new walls or to the existing or chemical DPC.

DELTA® -MS 500
Description
Cavity drainage membrane for use on walls and floors, as a waterproof system. Can be used externally for waterproof protection of sub-ground structures

Antimould Breathable Replastering Paint
Description
Lectros Antimould Breathable Replastering Paint (ABRP) is a mould inhibiting microporous or “breathable” matt emulsion for use on damp or replastered walls.

The Lectros Antimould Microporous Replastering Paint has been formulated with specific features:

High pigment volume concentration (PVC) to allow maximum water vapour permeability

Use of special polymer to give good abrasion resistance of a “porous” film

Low minimum film forming temperature (MFFT) of the polymer (5°C) which is ideal for newly replastered surfaces which will be relatively cold as they dry out.

Excellent antimould performance for up to 2 years.

Product Data

Coverage

Approximately 10m²/litre depending on the condition and porosity of the substrate.
